A story last Sunday incorrectly stated that the home was designed by Dugally Oberfeld, the company that built the house.

Singer Britney Spears, Timberlake’s girlfriend of the past several years, bought a $3-million Westside home about 18 months ago, but the couple parted ways in March.

Timberlake’s new home has five bedrooms and 8 1/2 bathrooms in about 12,000 square feet. On several acres behind gates, the Mediterranean-style house also has a theater, gym, guest house and tennis court.

The home has a cobblestone motor courtyard and covered parking for three vehicles. Timberlake has at least nine cars, including a Dodge Viper and a Porsche, plus five motorcycles. He has a game room with a pinball machine in his Florida home.

Timberlake, a member of ‘N Sync for seven years, has been working on his first solo album.

He also has appeared as an actor, co-starring in the TV movie “Model Behavior” (2000) and doing voice work in 2001 for an episode of “The Simpsons,” which featured cartoon likenesses of ‘N Sync members.

He co-starred with Spears, now 20, on the Disney Channel’s remake of “The Mickey Mouse Club” from 1993 through 1994. In 1998, he and Spears reunited when she appeared as an opening act for ‘N Sync.

Formed in 1995, the group was already popular in Europe when it became a U.S. hit in 1998 with the singles “Tearing Up My Heart,” “God Must Have Spent a Little More Time on You” and “I Want You Back.”

Since 1999, ‘N Sync has received more than a dozen awards. This year, the band won the American Music Award for band, duo or group, and the People’s Choice Award for favorite musical group or band.

The newly built Newport Beach home of former Anaheim Angels pitcher Chuck Finley and actress Tawny Kitaen has come on the market at $14.5 million.

Finley, 39, joined the St. Louis Cardinals as a pitcher in July after being traded by the Cleveland Indians. He was with the Angels from 1986 to 1999. In April, he filed for divorce from Kitaen. They were married in 1997.

The Newport Beach house was built and designed by Dugally Oberfeld. The architectural firm is known for its work on Beverly Hills-area homes of celebrities such as Sylvester Stallone and Denzel Washington.

The home has five bedrooms and more than eight bathrooms in 11,500 square feet. The Italian Tuscan-style villa sits on nearly an acre and has an infinity pool and ocean, city and golf-course views.

The home has a slate roof, a glass-and-iron entry door and patterned hardwood floors of walnut, white oak and mahogany. The library/office has built-in mahogany cabinets and the master suite has heated bathroom floors made of limestone. An elevator runs from the third floor to a 10-car subterranean garage.

Paul Wright of Coast Newport Properties, Newport Beach, has the listing.

Built in the late 1960s, the gated, French Regency-style house has a two-bedroom master suite with two bathrooms and a hallway library; an elevator; two guest suites, one with two bedrooms; and a rooftop garden terrace with views from downtown L.A. to the ocean.

The nearly 5,000-square-foot house on slightly more than a quarter of an acre also has a motor courtyard, a circular staircase, a hand-carved imported marble fireplace, a banquet-size dining room with city views and French doors leading to a pool and a patio.

Lee, also a songwriter and arranger, was popular with jazz and pop audiences for 50 years. She was known for such songs as “Fever” and “Is That All There Is?”

Monty Iceman of Prudential-John Aaroe in Encino has the listing.

Eddie Cibrian, who stars as New York City firefighter Jimmy Doherty on the NBC ensemble drama “Third Watch” and co-starred with Heather Graham in the movie “Say It Isn’t So” (2001), and his wife, model Brandi Glanville, have purchased an Encino home for slightly more than $2 million.

The actor, 29, has been splitting his time between New York City, where “Third Watch” is shot, and Toluca Lake. The former soap-opera star (“The Bold and the Beautiful,” “The Young and the Restless,” “Sunset Beach”) was raised in the San Fernando Valley and attended UCLA.

He and his wife, 28, were married last year in Laguna Niguel.

Their new home on half an acre has six bedrooms in 8,700 square feet. Contemporary and Mediterranean in style, the gated and walled estate was built in 1992 and has a 30-foot entry with a glass domed ceiling and marble floors.

It also has a library/office, a home theater, a large kitchen with granite counters, a master suite with a steam shower and a spa tub, five fireplaces, a 70-foot-long pool, a spa and a five-car garage.

Richard T. Jones, who plays court services officer Bruce Van Exel in the CBS drama “Judging Amy,” and his wife, Nancy, have sold their San Fernando Valley home for close to its $550,000 asking price.

The couple bought a larger home in Santa Monica for their growing family.

Their three-bedroom, nearly 1,800-square-foot home, which was built in 1950, was purchased by Nancy Allen, who played the female lead in “Robocop” (1987) and portrayed Albert Brooks’ housekeeper in the movie “Out of Sight” (1998).

The house also has two fireplaces, a family room and French doors leading to a pool, deck, landscaped yard, dog run and office.

Jones, now 31, made his feature debut as Ike Turner Jr. in “What’s Love Got to Do With It?” (1993). Since then, he has appeared in a number of films and TV series.

Diane Sydell of Prudential John Aaroe, Encino, had the listing on the house that Jones sold.
