* General Dynamics Corp. agreed to sell its spacecraft-propulsion and fire-suppression businesses to GenCorp Inc. for about $90 million. Rancho Cordova-based GenCorp said the deal will double the size of its Aerojet-General unit and add to 2003 earnings. The businesses are expected to have sales of about $60 million this year, it said.

* Geac Computer Corp., a Toronto-based maker of financial and accounting software, agreed to buy Extensity Inc. for as much as $47 million to add products such as business-travel and expense-reporting programs. Shareholders of Emeryville, Calif.-based Extensity would receive $1.75 in cash or 0.627 Geac share for each Extensity share. Extensity shares surged 17 cents to 95 cents on Nasdaq.
