Man Held in Theft of SUV, Weapons Charge

A 21-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of stealing a sport utility vehicle in Oxnard and waving a loaded rifle at two boys in Ventura, police said Saturday.
Aaron Campos of Ventura was taken into custody about 11 p.m. Friday in the 1100 block of Acadia Place in Ventura, authorities said. Police said a second man who was in the stolen vehicle is still being sought.
Authorities said a stolen, sawed-off rifle was found inside the vehicle. The license plates had been changed, police said.
