Fugitive Caught After Police Car Chase

A Nebraska florist facing 85 years in prison after being convicted of sexually assaulting, torturing and holding another man captive in an underground dungeon led authorities on a chase that ended in his capture.
Roger Lee Van was spotted Saturday by Las Vegas police who chased his car into California. Authorities said he rammed a Nevada Highway Patrol car. The officer reportedly was not injured.
Van was convicted of torturing his victim last year. He allegedly fled to Las Vegas after jumping bail.
