Caltrans Cuts Prices to Make Up for Bad Service
From Times Wire Services
Caltrans is giving Capitol Corridor train riders a discount because of recent bad service.
Caltrans is offering a 25% cut on December monthly passes because of what managing director Gene Skoropowski called “hammered service.”

The Capitol Corridor trains carried 96,000 people in October from the Sacramento area to the San Francisco Bay Area.
