The struggling Rangers will welcome Theo Fleury back to Madison Square Garden, where fans once chanted “Crackhead Theo!” at the veteran forward. He has returned to the Chicago lineup after sitting out the first 25 games of the season for violating the NHL’s substance-abuse aftercare program. It should be an interesting night.
