Two Ventura County men were arrested on suspicion of stabbing a 21-year-old Oxnard resident in a Ventura parking lot late Friday.
Police said Jessie White, 21, of Ventura and John Inselman, 21, of Camarillo approached Jason O’Rourke as he was sitting in a parked car at Seaward Avenue and Pierpont Boulevard.
The three men began arguing, prompting O’Rourke to get out of the car. O’Rourke was stabbed several times in the upper torso, police said, but his injuries were not considered life-threatening. He was taken to Ventura County Medical Center.
The alleged assailants were caught at a nearby liquor store, police said.
