Waves Make It Four Victories in a Row

Boomer Brazzle had 16 points and seven rebounds to give Pepperdine its fourth consecutive victory with a 74-68 West Coast Conference win Saturday over host San Francisco.

Terrance Johnson added 15 points while Jimmy Miggins and Glen McGowan each scored 10 for the Waves (9-6, 2-0 in West Coast Conference).

Darrell Tucker had his eighth double-double this season, scoring 15 points and getting 10 rebounds for San Francisco (6-9, 1-1). LyRyan Russell added 14 points.

The Dons, who never led in the game, came within one point, 69-68, on Russell’s two free throws with 1:17 remaining. The Waves sealed the victory on free throws by McGowan and Brazzle.
