The headquarters building at the new Humboldt Bay National Wildlife Refuge now carries the name of a former manager who died in the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks.

President Bush signed a bill to name the building the Richard J. Guadagno Headquarters and Visitors Center.

Guadagno was killed aboard United Airlines Flight 93, which crashed in Pennsylvania after passengers attacked the hijackers.
