From Times Wire Reports

When Abdallah Higazy was released following a month in detention, the Egyptian student said he forgave the FBI for pursuing charges against him after an aviation radio was found in his hotel room Sept. 11.

But Higazy, the son of an Egyptian diplomat, now wants an apology from federal officials and an investigation, his lawyer said.

Last week, prosecutors dropped charges against Higazy, 30, after another hotel guest came forward and told officials the radio was his.
