Kudos Set for Two As Democrats Meet
Longtime Democratic activists Howard Adler of Laguna Hills and John Hanna of Santa Ana will be honored today at the local party’s 10th biannual convention. Appearing will be state and local candidates in the March primary as well as state party officials, including First Lady Sharon Davis and Atty. Gen. Bill Lockyer. Orange County Democrats held their first convention, organized by Adler and Hanna, in 1978. This weekend’s event will be at the Disneyland Resort’s Paradise Pier Hotel.
