Universities Sued Over Services for the Deaf

Deaf and hearing-impaired students at two University of California campuses are suing, saying that the schools don’t adequately accommodate their disability.
The class-action suit was filed on behalf of almost 200 students at UC Berkeley and UC Davis. The universities say they comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act and provide adequate services.
