Police Foil Robbery of Auto Shop, Arrest 4

Four men were arraigned Wednesday on charges of kidnapping, assault with a deadly weapon and burglary after police said they interrupted the men during the attempted robbery of a Huntington Beach car smog-testing shop earlier this week.
Arrested Monday night were Justin LaValley, 18, of Orange; Justin Nguyen, 23, of Huntington Beach; Gabriel Villalobos, 21, of Long Beach; and Joseph Davis, 27, also of Long Beach. A fifth suspect is being sought.
