Bus-Truck Collision Kills 26 Near Mecca

A passenger bus collided head on with a truck and caught fire outside the Saudi holy city of Mecca, killing 26 people and injuring 24 others, police said.
The dead from the crash late Friday were 25 Saudi bus passengers and the Syrian truck driver, police said. They did not give details on the circumstances of the crash.
Some of the 24 injured were hospitalized in critical condition, police said.
