Man Held in Stabbing Death of Neighbor’s Son

A man accused of fatally stabbing his neighbor’s son with a hunting knife remained in jail Thursday, police said.
Adam Nhan Tran, 28, is accused of attacking Vinh Truong, 26, with an 8-inch blade about 11 p.m. Tuesday at an apartment complex on 7th Street.
Truong, who lives in Sacramento, was visiting his parents, Garden Grove Police Lt. Paul Prince said. He died at the scene.
The motive for the attack is not known, Prince said.
Tran is being held without bail at the Orange County Jail.
