Each guest room has a private entrance; most have whirlpool tubs and balcony or patio. The previous owner’s suite has been converted into a guest room; it’s 1,000 square feet of luxury, with 25 feet of floor-to-ceiling windows and a balcony with views of the ocean and beach.
