Thank you, Ahmed Rashid, for a remarkably balanced and clear piece, “Slouching Toward Annihilation” (Opinion, June 9). At last, a writer who doesn’t completely neglect the plight of the Kashmiris in trying to pander to the ambitious nationalism of Indian interests.
