Arraignment Postponed in Sexual Assault Case

Arraignment was postponed Monday for a radio disc jockey accused of sexually assaulting a 14-year-old girl who frequently called the station where he worked.
Firmo Rosetti, 38, known as “Hector Rocksetti” on Viva 107.1 FM, is due in Burbank Superior Court on Friday to enter a plea to five counts of sexual assault.
