Pedestrian Dies After Being Struck by Pickup

A pedestrian was killed after being struck by a pickup truck as he tried to cross Westminster Boulevard, police reported Monday.
Police said James Grady, 60, of Westminster was crossing west of Newland Street around 10 p.m. Sunday when he was struck by a Toyota pickup truck. He was taken to Huntington Beach Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. The driver was not charged.
