Known as “Al’s House,” this residence was built by entertainer Al Jolson in 1942 on a private knoll in the Beverly Hills area off Mulholland Drive.

Jolson designed and signed his name on the pool house, then lived in the home for many years, during which time actor Errol Flynn lived in the guest house. Jolson died in 1950.

Arnold Quinn, a fine arts publisher, purchased the property in 1996 and restored the house, maintaining its original Georgian Colonial style while adding a second floor.
