Possible Victims of Sexual Assault Sought
From Times Staff Reports
Police are looking for possible victims of a tattoo artist who pleaded not guilty to charges of molesting two 16-year-old girls at his business. Daniel Victor Rivas, 46, was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of sexually assaulting the girls after tattooing their lower backs.
Rivas “had a reputation for tattooing juveniles without checking them for an ID,” said Det. Blair Grabiak. “More victims may be out there.”
Rivas owns Dr. John’s Tattoos on Lankershim Boulevard.
