County to Relocate Road Near Seminary
Ventura County supervisors will award a $1.1-million contract this week for the relocation of a road near St. John’s Seminary in preparation for a flood-control project.
C.A. Rasmussen Inc. submitted the lowest bid.
The main access road, near Upland Road, will be cut off when the county removes the Seminary Road Bridge to improve channel capacity in Calleguas Creek. That project will be done at a later date.
