Forums to Explain Medicare Changes

Community forums are being held across Ventura County to explain changes in Medicare, Medicare HMOs, Medi-Cal and Medigap health plans.
The sessions are designed to help Medicare beneficiaries and their children understand premium amounts and benefit changes that will take effect in 2003, said Katharine Raley of the Area Agency on Aging.
