Update: Colorado’s 1-0 overtime win on April 27 is the lone smudge on the Galaxy’s sterling 13-1-2 record at the Rose Bowl, including the playoffs. And while the Galaxy and Rapids split their four meetings this year, the Galaxy held a 9-5 advantage in aggregate goals. Still, the Galaxy must respect the Rapids’ high-scoring quartet of Chris Carrieri, Mark Chung, Chris Henderson and John Spencer. The Rapids are coming off an exhausting series with the Dallas Burn.
