After three consecutive tries in stakes, Sammies White Chick is back in the allowance ranks in tonight’s seventh.

Owned by Felix Gonzalez and trained by Adan Farias, who continues to win at a high percentage, the 4-year-old gray mare will appreciate getting away from the Running Bac after chasing her in the Dicey Secret Handicap and the Millie Vessels.

Jockey Rodrigo Aceves will again ride the California-bred. He won with the mare on May 9, scoring by 1 3/4 lengths at tonight’s distance of 350 yards.

Sammies White Chick will face Iba Quick Chick, Streakin Six Love, Heartless Chick, Blushing Lady Bug, Vallarta Dash and Song For Royalty.

Iba Quick Chick, who has five victories in 11 starts, will be making her second start of the year after missing all of 2000 and 2001.
