Beating Victim’s Body Found in Motel Office

The body of a man who was savagely beaten was discovered at an Anaheim motel Wednesday morning, police said.
The body was discovered at 8 a.m. inside the office of the Dupre Motel on the 2100 block of South Harbor Boulevard, said Sgt. Rick Martinez.
Anaheim detectives described the attack as “violent and brutal,” Martinez said.
The victim’s identity was withheld while investigators tracked down his next of kin. Police declined to release details.
