Seminoles’ Rix Reacts to Benching
Chris Rix responded to his benching as Florida State’s starting quarterback Tuesday by saying some of his teammates should worry about their own performance before they criticize him.
Rix struggled in Florida State’s 34-24 loss to No. 4-ranked Notre Dame on Saturday.
“I know a lot of people were frustrated,” Rix said. “I was frustrated. But I think people should look in the mirror and see what they are doing before they start judging other people because I know one word has not come out of my mouth criticizing a player on either side of the ball.”
