Hotel Makes Waves With Water Playground

A Phoenix hotel has opened what it says is Arizona’s largest water-adventure complex at a resort. The $12-million Oasis, open only to guests of the Pointe South Mountain Resort and its athletic club, has an 83-foot-high water slide, a 10,000-square-foot wave pool with waterfall, a 950-foot-long artificial river and a hot tub that holds 30 people.
