“Santa Barbara Car Free” is a map-guide that shows bicycle routes, bus and shuttle lines and a suggested walking tour of the coastal city north of Los Angeles. It also gives information on how to get there by train and plane. The map is a part of a program coordinated by the Santa Barbara County Air Pollution Control District to encourage car-free travel and reduce air pollution in the area.
