6 Arrested in Teen’s Death
Fullerton police detectives have arrested six suspects in the city’s first homicide this year, which occurred Aug. 28. The arrests of the suspected gang members were announced Saturday.
A police report identified the victim as Leonardo Rojas, 18, of Fullerton, who was shot once in the chest, apparently in retaliation for a previous altercation. Police would not say if Rojas had clashed with one, some or all of the suspects.
Three of the suspects were identified as Anthony Adame, 20, of Alta Loma; Marcos Espitia, of Fullerton; and Miguel Frias, 19, of La Habra. The other three are juveniles.
