Kerman--A four-day carnival will kick off the 58th annual Harvest Festival Sept. 12-15, followed by a weekend of food, arts and crafts, entertainment and a parade (10 a.m. Sept. 14). Vallejo--Celebrate the town’s rich musical heritage Sept. 14-15 at the Blues & Heritage Festival. Sonny Rhodes and Lenny Williams will be among the featured artists.
