Police are asking for the public’s help in finding a woman who has been missing for more than a week.
Det. Brian Solinsky said Rose Mary Mallen was last seen Sept. 7 at Queen of Angels Hospital in Los Angeles. Her husband dropped her off there and went to park the car. When he returned, she had vanished. She never checked into the hospital.
Mallen, 46, was without identification, a wallet, money or her medication at the time, Solinsky said. She suffers from a number of medical conditions and critically needs her medications.
The South Pasadena resident is described as white, 5 feet 3 and 125 pounds. She has short brown hair, hazel eyes and a 4-inch scar from a burn on her upper right leg.
Mallen was last seen wearing a long tan dress and a tan blouse.
