Man Sought in Deaths of 5 People Is Charged
Authorities in Lake Worth charged a man with first-degree murder in the deaths of five people over the weekend. Police said he believed some of the victims were molesting his daughter.
Michael Roman, 29, made incriminating statements to police after he was arrested Tuesday in Orlando, Lake Worth Police Chief William Smith said.
Police had been searching for Roman since Sunday, when they found the bodies of his uncle, his uncle’s girlfriend and her three grown children.
Smith said the victims were stabbed and shot to death.
