Enron Seeks Delay for Reorganization Plan

Enron Corp. is seeking Bankruptcy Court approval to postpone the deadline for filing its reorganization plan for four months, to Jan. 31.
The most important issue to be resolved, according to Enron, is a full analysis of assets and liabilities, which would include subsidiaries’ claims against the parent, and vice versa.
