Ted Turner Sells 459,900 AOL Shares

Ted Turner, outgoing AOL Time Warner Inc. vice chairman, sold 459,900 more shares of the media company’s common stock this week, according to a regulatory filing.
Turner sold the stock for $10.85 to $11.01 a share. After the transactions, Turner directly owned 106.3 million common shares and indirectly owned 9.6 million common shares.
