From Times Wire Reports

A panel studying Harvard University’s sexual misconduct policy recommends more teaching on such issues as sexual consent and a more streamlined process for investigating alleged rapes and harassment.

The panel was formed after a furor over a new policy that requires corroborating evidence before the school investigates allegations of sexual misconduct.

Faculty could vote on the recommendations as early as May 6.
