Update -- Carlos Ruiz has scored in both games for the Galaxy this season. Last season against the MetroStars, Ruiz had a hat trick in a 3-0 victory at the Rose Bowl. New York/New Jersey handed Los Angeles a 5-0 defeat at Giants Stadium last season, with the since-departed Mamadou Diallo scoring four goals. MetroStars’ Coach Bob Bradley is 5-10-1 against the Galaxy, the only MLS team he has a losing record against. The Galaxy could be without Gavin Glinton (hip pointer) and Alex Pineda Chacon (back injury).
