Man Is Shot to Death, Dumped Along Freeway

The body of a 20-year-old man was dumped early Saturday on the shoulder of the Ronald Reagan Freeway, police said.
A passing motorist saw unidentified men dumping the body of Heriberto Carrillo of Sun Valley about 1:10 a.m. just east of the San Diego Freeway, said Officer Don Cox of the Los Angeles Police Department.
Carrillo had been shot to death, Cox said. The suspects were seen leaving in a dark-colored SUV, police said.
