Reinstating the Draft

I have a question for the president that has not been asked yet. Certain new websites have shown federal job applications for the draft board. President Bush, do you intend to reinstate the draft if you get elected for a second term? A clear yes or no, please -- and if it is a “no,” a promise from the podium not to retract it -- would be nice.
