Mortgage Rates Dip for Second Week in a Row

The average rate on 30-year mortgages slid to 5.82% this week, down from 5.88% the previous week, Freddie Mac said.
For 15-year mortgages, rates fell to 5.14%, down from 5.24% last week. Each carried an average fee of 0.7 point this week.
