Four Killed in Possible Murder-Suicide

Four people, two of them children, were found slain in a home Tuesday night after a 10-year-old boy suffering from stab wounds fled the residence and ran to a neighbor’s for help, police said.
Richmond police were treating the case as a possible murder-suicide, but would not disclose the relationship among the victims, who included a man and woman, said Sgt. Enos Johnson.
