Fire Damages Church, Injures Parishioner

Fire officials on Monday sought to learn what ignited a fire at a Catholic church that sent one parishioner to the hospital with smoke inhalation, a fire official said.
The blaze was believed to have started on the first floor and caused substantial damage.
More than 100 firefighters battled the blaze at St. Denis Catholic Church in the 2100 block of South Diamond Bar Boulevard, said county Fire Inspector Roland Sprewell.
