What: The NFL Experience

Where: San Diego’s South Embarcadero Marina Park, adjacent to San Diego Convention Center

When: Today, 3-10 p.m., Saturday, 10 a.m.-10 p.m., Sunday, 10 a.m.-2 p.m.

Price: $15 (adults), $10 (12 and under)

The first NFL Experience was held in Minneapolis in 1992 and since then more than one million fans have attended the various sites and nearly 500 NFL players and other dignitaries have signed more than 125,000 free autographs. Since 1993, more than $12 million has been donated to Youth Education Towns (YET Centers) in Super Bowl host cities.

This year’s event opened last weekend and then re-opened Thursday. Today at 6 p.m. and Saturday at 5 p.m. there will be a one-hour women’s football clinic. Collectible auctions are being held today from 7-8:30 p.m. and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 1-2:30 p.m.
