Police Seek Witnesses to Fatal Head-On Collision

West Covina police on Friday sought possible witnesses to a fatal head-on collision that involved a wrong-way driver.
The collision occurred about 8:20 p.m. Wednesday on Azusa Avenue just south of the San Bernardino Freeway, said West Covina Police Officer Joe Serrano.
Jesse Arreguin, 49, of West Covina was riding in the backseat of a gray Nissan Maxima that was southbound on Azusa Avenue when it was hit by a burgundy Honda Accord heading north on the wrong side of the street, Serrano said.
