Former NFL running back and current CBS college football studio commentator Spencer Tillman is the host.

He is joined by former NFL quarterback and current ESPN commentator Ron Jaworski and two fantasy football experts -- FantasyGuru.com publisher John Hansen and Pro Football News and Injury Report editor Adam Caplan.

The DVD set opens with a look at the origin of fantasy football. Hansen has been playing since 1986 and Caplan since 1990, but they are not sure exactly where and when this leisure activity began. They say it dates to the 1960s.

In other segments on the first DVD, Hansen and Caplan touch on such topics as partnerships, scoring and commissioners. Jaworski talks about how much fun fantasy football is and how his whole family is involved. Other topics include playoffs and the types of leagues.

The second disc offers segments on draft strategy, coaching strategy and injury management. It also includes a mock draft with six veteran fantasy league players and concludes with a discussion of how to navigate the long and winding road of a 17-week season.

The DVD set became available in retail stores last week and it also can be purchased through www.profootballdvd.com.
