Groups Plan Conference on Area Housing Needs

A coalition of housing groups will hold a half-day summit Wednesday in Oxnard that will focus on finding solutions to Ventura County’s housing needs.
The Ventura County Regional Housing Summit will include a panel on effective land use and design and a series of smaller discussions.
The public is invited to join in discussions on meeting the need for more housing.
The conference is scheduled from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Residence Inn by Marriott at River Ridge, 2101 W. Vineyard Ave. For details, call 659-3791.
