Talent Agency to Move Into Bigger Office
Beverly Hills talent firm Endeavor Agency will expand its offices by moving to a nearby building on Wilshire Boulevard as part of deal valued at more than $38 million, according to real estate sources.
Endeavor, which represents stars such as Vin Diesel, Ben Affleck and Matt Damon, will take more than 70,000 square feet at 9601 Wilshire Blvd. in a 15-year lease, people familiar with the negotiations said. Representatives of Endeavor and the landlord, Santa Monica-based Douglas Emmett, declined to comment on the agreement.
The move is expected to take place next year.
The agency occupies 41,000 square feet at 9701 Wilshire Blvd., according to real estate data provider CoStar Group. Endeavor, one of the entertainment industry’s five biggest talent agencies, has about 200 employees and a small office in New York, company spokesman Michael Donkis said.
Brokers Howard Sadowsky and Jeff Cowan of Julien J. Studley Inc. represented the tenant. The landlord represented itself.
