16 Arrested After Yearlong Drug Probe

Federal drug agents and Bakersfield police have booked 16 people for investigation of drug trafficking after a yearlong investigation.
More than 200 officers executed search and arrest warrants in Bakersfield, Delano, McFarland, Tulare, Porterville and Los Angeles, Drug Enforcement Administration Agent Doug Coleman said. Officers seized 8 pounds of methamphetamine, 3 pounds of cocaine, six guns and about $30,000.
