Public Official Suspected of Cultivating Marijuana

A member of the Manila Community Services District board of directors was arrested in a marijuana case, authorities said.
The Humboldt County Sheriff’s Department said Thursday that Timothy Dellas, 47, was booked for investigation of possession and cultivation of marijuana. Federal agents raided a property in Briceland and seized 5,515 plants and 20 one-pound bags of processed pot.
