Man Held After Baby Dropped Out of Window

A man was arrested and charged with tossing his baby daughter out a seventh-floor apartment window in Peekskill, police said. The 10-month-old girl crashed through several tree branches before landing on the ground, and suffered only cuts and bruises in the 80-foot fall.
Police said Willie Williams was arguing with his ex-girlfriend at her apartment right before the incident Saturday.
